Remote control
If there is the need to remotely access your computer, make sure you have TeamViewer opened, and the access ID.
If you don't have TeamViewer on your computer, follow this steps:

• Download TeamViewer using this link: Download TeamViewer and save the file on your hard disk;
• Run TeamViewer.exe from the main computer;
• From the TeamViewer screen, send us this information: Your ID and Password
• Don't close TeamViewer until we connect to your computer
